An evening with author/therapist Sarri Gilman. Learn how to recognize the condition of overwhelm and how to deal with a mental health emergency. Dr. Howard Aposhyan, Charlene Ray, LICSW, and others will share ways to understand difficult mental health challenges and how to find support. This event will be held at the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts, 565 Camano Ave., Langley WA. Presented by the Clinton, Freeland and Langley libraries and supported by the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation.
