Your Home on the Harbor is located on Holmes Harbor in Freeland, WA, with views oriented toward the harbor and the Olympic Mountains.  Our private rooms are oversized and each have the option of being furnished or making it totally your own. We provide 24 hour care with certified and seasoned caregivers; with home health care nurses and therapists available to meet your needs. We are a dementia specialty home but have a broad scope of care issues we care for.  We believe our Residents should have the security of being able to age in place...you will not have to move again.

We have been caring for elders since May, 1997 and we still have the passion that brought us to this place. We learn to know our Residents as we do our parents.  Knowing them as we do, we are able to detect minute changes that alert us to health issues early in the process and to get appropriate care.

We believe in the abilities of each individual and support those strengths and are there to assist when assistance is needed. We listen to personal goals and make it happen for them and with them.  One lady with Parkinson's wanted to write and illustrate a children's book...she did!  Another wanted to use a voice recognition program to communicate...he does!  Other goals are those that support physical therapy, voice lessons or to have a personal pet.  

We love individualism and we love what we do best!  That is to provide a home with positive stimulation, meeting medical needs, providing opportunity for socialization, offering mental and physical challenges and spiritual support thru the community.
