Wildly Beloved Foods is at home in Clinton

by Aurora Echo 8th April 2024

Whidbey Island’s first Certified Organic pasta company has made a home in Clinton, just a minute from the ferry. Founding pasta artisan, Aurora Echo, has also expanded to include a Wildly Beloved Foods Marketplace and Workshop space that hosts pasta making workshops throughout the year. You can learn the art of pasta making, nibble on charcuterie and sip Italian and local wines. You may also take the experience home with the purchase of an Italian-made pasta roller, tools and even the the Italian organic semolina flour she uses in her factory production next door. It’s a pasta-centric experience.

If you do not fancy making your own pasta, you could peruse the veritable showcase of dried and fresh pastas she produces and pair it with a Walden Lane Gourmet oil, organic cheeses and soon sauces! Bring fine dining home, while supporting a local, certified organic, woman-owned business. All of their packaging is either home-compostable for dried pastas or commercially compostable/biodegradable containers for fresh pastas. At the heart of this company is a passion for healthful, delicious food created in ways that nourish and nurture, to protect and provide for current and future generations.

Wildly Beloved Foods employs a growing number of islanders and supports local nonprofits with pasta donations, such as Whidbey Island Nourishes, Good Cheer Food Bank, Sound Water Stewards, Whidbey Island Dance Theater, WhidbeyHealth Foundation, Coupeville Farm To School, Soroptomists International, and more. This is what community ought to be!
