Customer Service was exemplary! My furnace quit working and it was very cold outside. Les sent Tim to my home immediately. Tim was very knowledgeable and had me fixed in no time. He even had all the parts In his van to fix my furnace. I Love these guys!!!!!!!!

I contacted Les at the Burlington location about a water leak inside my travel trailer. He was able to diagnose it over the phone, tell me what I should bring to the shop for the correct sizing and when I got to the shop he had the right parts on hand and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it. When I got back to the campground it was an easy replacement, just like he said. I recommend Action RV and will use them again. Thanks Les!

Action RV is very deserving of it's 5 star rating. This past week we were preparing for a move when everything shut down in our RV. We were told by a dearlership to have a mobile technician come out since we couldn't even retract our slide-outs. After several fruitless attempts to find anyone we found these guys who were most helpful, talking us through steps over the phone to finally locate our problem. Their concern was very professional and courteous!

We were dry camping nearby and having an issue with our battery. We just showed up praying they could take a look at it for us, and they managed to squeeze us in somehow and get our rig straightened out. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Action RV went above and beyond what I expected. My hot water tank failed on Tuesday of this week. I know that all the RV repair companies are very busy this time of year, but Action RV fit me in today, Friday. The service gentleman Tony was some helpful and explained everything that he was doing. I though I was being a pest but he had no problems with me asking questions. It was really hard work for Tony to get the swollen water tank out of the 5th wheel but this man has many tricks up his sleeve. Tony I want to thank you for being kind to me and the education you gave me on many things on my 5th wheel. You are a gem among stones.

Action RV has come to my rescue twice now. First a year ago with a water heater issue in my new to me 2009 Majestic, and today with the fridge in that same unit. Both times I was treated fairly and respectfully by Les. The crew there went above and beyond to get my issues resolved in a time crunch as both times I was leaving in a matter of a couple days. I hope to not have any other issues with my unit, but if I ever do, Les at Action RV will be the one I will call.

I recently had a power issue with my camper and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Action RV to see if I could get a mobile repair visit set up. They were unfortunately booked all week and I couldn't wait (temps were in the 30s and I live in my camper). Les was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the problem. Turns out that my power plug had zapped the neutral prong and needed to be replaced. Les had the part in stock and walked me through how to replace the plug- I'm certainly no electrician and was nervous. I was touched that he took the time to help me out when he was obviously quite busy at the shop.

I would like to thank everyone for finding my interior water leak. It turned out to be my hot water heater. We were leaving our motorhome at our son's home during the winter months, and I asked that they order and fix all the parts needed and stop the leaking. I knew that getting a new hot water heater would be hard due to the virus, and told them my son had a key to the motorhome. When we returned in late April we had a new hot water heater, no leaks, and a smiling owner. I have found an honest repair shop and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for repairs. Oh, folks, they came to my sons house to fix the motorhome, so we did not have to move it. WELL DONE GUYS.

We contacted Les when our 5 year old fridge died in our Arctic Fox 5th wheel. We had used 1 week a year so 5 weeks total but when we were selling our home moved into it full time. I talked to Les on the phone and he helped me troubleshoot it and said to call back with results which we did, it had to be repaired (if possible) or replaced. Since we needed to be sure we opted for replacement. This is where the top notch customer service comes in. He searched high and low for a new Norcold fridge for us and finally found 1 (they are on back order for 6 to 8 months due to Covid) and ordered it for us. When it arrived he found it was damaged and sent it back. He then called us to explore our options and let us know he could get a different brand that was available but more expensive. He honored our original agreed upon price and appointment day and time pending it arriving to them undamaged. The day before our appointment he called again to let us know it was a go. Tim and Jeremy arrived on time and were so polite, super informative every step of the way of what and why they were doing and after the install left no trace of being in the trailer. They also offered some extra wisdom about our trailer that nobody had mentioned before. I would never call another company and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment and parts it was so worth it. They are 5 stars in our book, very honest, reliable and communication was excellent. Les also helped us fix a leak by having us pick up a part at his store, and telling us how to fix it ourselves since they were booked out so far, and it worked out perfectly. We are truly grateful for Les and his service team. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND!
