Founded in 2015 by Bob and Patti Stallone, Thirsty Crab Brewery was one of the first handcrafted brewers on Whidbey Island.

In 2018, Jeff and Erin Hanson, along with their kids Nate and Kacie, assumed ownership of Thirsty Crab Brewery so Bob and Patti could enjoy retirement life on the beautiful island.

Having grown up on the south end of Whidbey Island, both Jeff and Erin wanted to stay on the island to raise their kids and be involved with the community. "we feel so lucky to live and work in such a beautiful place"!

With an enthusiasm to craft both new and traditional beer styles, our beer recipes embody ingredients grown in the PNW, while emulating a wide variety of colors, flavors, and presentation.

Thirsty Crab Brewery is a family run business. Our dream was to have a friendly, fun, family (and 🐶) oriented brewery…..you know, a fun place to hang! Starting out by just providing exceptional craft beers to other businesses, Thirsty Crab Brewery has opened its doors to the public in the small town of Clinton, WA on the South end of Whidbey Island
