The Whidbey Island String Trio is a chamber group whose music nods to the past and leaps toward the future. Gideon, Gloria, and Aniela have a classical foundation and a love for musical adventure. Their repertoire includes elegant waltzes, and playful blues with forays into bossanova, swing, hoedowns, and fiddle tunes. Their concerts combine delicate elegance with spontaneous exuberance.
