About this Event

Oak Harbor residents John Goebel and his wife Karen Cox (along with Golden Retriever Sonny) threw caution to the wind and spent two years sailing partially around the world. They visited 13 countries, travelled 8021 nautical miles, and stopped at 57 ports of call.

John and Karen will talk about their favorite places visited, some of the challenges they faced and what they both learned from this extraordinary experience.
