Art & Chalk Walk

Last year we had an Art & Chalk Walk - this year we're going to make it a contest with prizes! And during this event we'll have entertainment!

12:30-1:30 Whidbey Island Belly Dancers - Pop Up Plaza
2:00-2:30 Witches of Skagit - Pioneer Way
2:30-4pm Bobby Silver and the FatDaddys - Pop Up Plaza
