Join Jack Hartt, a retired Deception Pass State Park manager, at the Oak Harbor Library for a look at the history of the land now known as Deception Pass State Park. Jack will share information about the Coast Salish tribe and the colonization of the island, as well as more recent behind-the-scenes and secret stories of Deception Pass.
