Presented by Christina Moats, land developer, Owner & Managing Broker of Christina’s Island Real Estate since 1985, and Founder of the Whidbey’s Clean Beaches Project to identify deficient septic systems and facilitate inspection and repairs of those systems.
Christina is a long-time Whidbey Island resident with extensive experience developing vacant land, supervising the installation of new septic systems, and overseeing the repair/replacement of existing septic systems. She has bought, developed and sold several of her own properties. These projects involved construction of eight buildings on multiple sites which she completed as an owner/general contractor. This experience gives Christina a unique perspective and depth of knowledge about real estate, septic systems and Island living.
