You’ll learn how these animals survive between the tides and why gentle, respectful exploration helps keep their homes healthy.

Then you can journey to the beach where you can explore the intertidal zone with our intertidal guides. As we search the beach, you’ll meet some of these remarkable animals in their natural habitats and learn the simple but powerful ways we can protect them by observing carefully, viewing respectfully, and leaving their homes just as we found them.
