Garry Heinrich is the Response Coordinator and Investigator for the Central Puget Sound Marine Mammal Stranding Network. The Central Puget Sound Marine Mammal Stranding Network is a partnership between Orca Network, wildlife veterinarians and biologists and NOAA Fisheries, with trained staff and volunteers.
